Calligraphy Workshop

Join us for a modern calligraphy workshop. In this workshop you’ll be learning an introduction to the modern calligraphy alphabet. The first hour will cover the basics of hand lettering (upper and lower case alphabet in script and standard font) and the second hour is dedicated to practicing your new skill and creating a piece of artwork (project changes with each season).

Absolutely no previous calligraphy experience is required. We will cover the basics of modern calligraphy, from holding the pen to writing the complete alphabet (lower and uppercase). Whether you will be picking up a pen for the very first time or are seeking hands-on instruction to enhance your existing skills this class is for you!

Registration is $65.00 and includes:

• 2-2.5 hours of instruction.
• Beginner calligraphy kit (clipboard, worksheets, pen, markers and chalkboard).
