intro to metal stamping
Join us for a hands-on Metal Stamping Workshop where you’ll learn how to create custom, hand-stamped accessories from start to finish. While this workshop is designed for beginners, hand stamping is a technique that is perfected with LOTS of practice!
We’ll begin with a live demonstration and guide you through a practice piece before moving on to your final projects. The studio has a variety of project options, design stamps and fonts available. Most participants spend 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the designs they choose.
What’s Included
- Choice of any two metal stamping projects, including necklaces, bracelets, keychains, dog tags, and more (we are not offering rings at this time).
- Necklaces, bracelets and keychains include one charm each - additional charms can be purchased
- Stamping hammer, stamping block, guides, and specialty tools (for use in the studio)
- Each guest will have a basic font to use
Charm Bar Add‑On
Guests may purchase additional charms, accents, numbers, etc. to further customize their pieces and create something truly one-of-a-kind.

Variety of charms to choose from (gold or silver). For the into to stamping sessions, we use soft, easy-to-stamp metals that are ideal for first-timers, including plated silver, pewter, and aluminum. These materials are easy to stamp without requiring excessive force. Tarnish-resistant with proper care. Nickel-free & hypoallergenic. Necklace/bracelet offerings will be simple cable chain or link style. Series 2 will accommodate those who are looking to make more complex, higher end pieces of finished jewelry.
